We’d like to introduce to you a special English learning program in the informatics time: Learning English with the assistance of computers (Computer Assisted Language Learning) on the Multimedia system. This is an international program co – operated with Lasalle College in Montréal (Canada).
English learners nowadays do not want to stop studying after they’ve achieved excellent reading and writing skills, they need to learn how to communicate well and they want to be fluent in their speaking and listening skills. This is a big obstacle most learners have difficulty to overcome, especially to those who didn’t have good chance to learn English from the very early age or to those who don’t have opportunities to communicate regularly with foreigners……

Beginner levels 1 and 2 – Objectives
Giving the basic knowledge.
Developing the students’ communication skills on general or everyday English.
Giving useful lessons about daily topics of American people.
Intermediate – levels 1 and 2 – Objectives
Improving students’ knowledge and strengthening their self-confidence when speaking. Students will learn the grammar through communicative skills with practical situations and international course books.
Advanced level – Objectives
Students are well – prepared for the TOELT test after taking this course. With the suitable course books as well as the multimedia method, students will incredibly improve their scores in the international tests of foreign language.

Unlike the traditional English learning method with which students just learn with their teachers, books, cassette players, radio, and video… Multimedia Technology is the great combination of those tools and especially with CD – ROM and Computers, you can see the beautiful and colorful pictures in which; a lot of people are making conversation. They’re talking to you and teaching you how to pronounce, write, read…..You can “ask” the computer to repeat any sentence as many times as possible. You can consider the computer as a very patient teacher who can continuously teach you until you get bored.
You can also answer the questions, dictate or make a conversation with the computer. If you need to listen to your voice in order to make a comparison with the native speaker’s pronunciation – you can do it on the computer, too. This will help you correct your pronunciation.
Taking this course, you can also take part in outdoors activities, such as the English speaking club, field trips… and through these activities, your English skills improves better and better. You’ll become more confident in communicating in English.
Having been using computers as assisted tools in teaching, studying and applying information technology in training and from international conference on CAI (computer Assisted Instruction – AIT – Bangkok) 1993 and in the United States, CANADA in June, 1995 (Multimedia English Training Program), Cadasa experts wish to apply Multimedia into training in Vietnam, especially teaching English effectively and getting good results in a very short time. The cooperation between CADASA and LASALLE implies those wishes CADASA is the only school in Vietnam and the fourth one in Asia gets the right from Lasalle to teach the program “I speak English” on the Multimedia.
After finishing all the levels, you’ll take the final test and get ESL certificate (English as a second language) of Lasalle College. This certificate is accepted by Canadian and American Universities. As our experience when teaching foreign students in Canada and Singapore, Macau, Bejing – After graduating as our procedure of training, you will be able to get high scores in the TOEFL test.
So, if you participate this program, it’s just like that you study English abroad, but actually, in your country with much cheaper fees than foreign fees (you’ll pay about USD 8,000 not including airplane tickets and accommodation in Canada or the United States) you’ll have a chance to work on a computer network and study with modern facilities, books, video cassettes, CDs-Rom on nature, music, animals, history… and you can communicate with native speakers.
